Hi
I received Elements 2 with my camera.
I am trying to get detailed information on how to use layers. The manual is too general. What I need is step by step procedure for every detail (I’m nearly 80). I am hoping to locate a publication that will help me out. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Jim,

Try the Photoshop elements yahoo group. Good folks there who don’t mind questions from a beginner.

I highly recommend Sara Froehlich’s elements class. The price is affordable, and you’ll have the advantages of learning in a group. http://www.northlite.net/ea.htm

BTW – one of my better students in the July curves class was 95, so no excuses! 🙂
