The file browser is stuck on the Photoshop 7.01 desktop. I cannot move it or move the scroll bars in order to get to the file menus. I have tried opening a file and it loads on top of the browser, as I cannot get to the top of the browser to close it down. I do not want to have to reinstall. Never had this problem before. I have restarted and nothing has changed. Please help.
