What does I’m a cow mean?

Reading a Wacom review on amazon and I see

I’m a cow and like most cows I use Photoshop heavily. All I can say is that I can not believe that I went as long as I did without this tool. Other reviews are not exaggerating about the night and day difference this thing makes.

And then someone else talks about cheap Photoshop jobs (like stuff you find on fark) and says that he doesn’t want to be known as a Cow. So what is the jargon I’m missing? Is it photoshop-professional specific?

That doesn’t even make any sense! "I’m a Community of the World?" Even saying "I’m a CCOW" (Creative Community of the World) doesn’t make any sense.

Maybe they mean that they are very fat and they use Photoshop heavily because they pretty much do everything heavily…
