Can someone help me with this. I want to view individual C M Y K channels in colour in Photoshop. I am only able to see them in grey when i switch ON, individual channels. It works when 2 channels are ON at the same time, but turns grey when 1 single channel is turner ON.

Any help is welcome!

Any individual channel is monotone. What are you expecting, exactly?

Any help is welcome!

Channels are grayscale images. In Preferences>Dispklay and Cursors you can set the channels to display in color however thsi is a dislay thing; they won’t print that way.

Go to Edit > Preferences > Display & Cursors and check the "Color Channels in Color" box.

By all means do this to satisfy your curiousity, but it’s much easier and more reliable to compare and judge the luminosity, contrast, detail and noise of the 10 color channels (RGB, CMYK and CIE Lab) if you can see them on the same basis – greyscale. This is the mode that most professionals work in. The whole point is that you can determine the best channels for luminosity, contrast, details and noise, and use them to replace or blend with the weakest channels
