Recently this OEM Software < http://www.buy-software.biz/?page=index&pid=8996&car t> site came to my attention. The prices look too low to be legitimate. For example, Photoshop CS is listed at $100. What’s the catch with these deals? Are these legal sources of this software?

no. there is no oem version of photoshop, and oem (original equiptment manufacturer) requires resales to include the equiptment. that’s a pirate site. don’t give them your credit card.
