I have two images and want to use them as two layers. Is it possible to create the two layers and bleed parts of the background image into the second layer? like in the way magic brush does.
thanks you oracles of knowledge.

put the images on the two layers
then make the top layer active, click the mask icon
paint on the mask with the brush set to black or white, try different opacities and/or shapes
make sure you are painting on the mask by clicking it’s icon the rectangle next to the thumbnail
