Photoshop to Web – ??

Does photoshop have a feature/command wherein these are made into html, or something that would ease that transition, so I wouldn’t need to hard code it ?

Not in Photoshop directly but you can pass it to Imageready and slice it up anyway you like, make rollovers, animations, buttons etc. Then you can output the slices and html for the page.
