More Pantone colors for colorpicker?

I have a Pantone swatch book and am trying to get select a color by Pantone number, but PS doesn’t appear to have all of the colors available when I click "Custom." Is there any way to download more colors so the Color picker makes more Pantone colors available?

What Pantone color library is missing? Some libraries, such as Hexachrome, need to be purchased from Pantone. The standard libraries for most users are provided with Photoshop.
