I am tiring to make text into a .gif (or .jpg) image for my website. The text in the image is very pixilated. Can anyone share with some tips on creating very crisp text. I am new to Photoshop so ANY help will be greatly appreciated.

ps is a bitmap program and text does not render well. a vector program like illustrator or corel draw is more appropriate for type setting. best,
