can I automize actions in photoshop? for example, I have 50 images and want to set mode to RGB and apply 2 filters to every image. how can it be done? Thanx!

Make an action with one image. Then use ‘Automate – Batch’ with your action on the entire folder.

Yes, it is fairly straight forward to do batch work. Try searching the internet for "Recording Actions in Photoshop" – there are tutorials out there, with pictures as a step-by-step gude (otherwsie I’d just copy the text for you and post it here).
