I am trying to complete the following task using PhotoShop CS, hope anyone can help me out.

I took my company’s logo off their website and saved it as a JPEG on my computer. Along with the logo being saved was the white background from the website I saved it from.

So, I want to remove the white background from the logo and just save the logo itself without the background.

I want to use this new logo to put in the lower right hand corner of a video presentation I am creating using Adobe Premiere 6.5

Thus, when people watch this video they will see the small company logo in the right hand corner of the screen without the white background that it had when I first saved this logo.

Anyone have any help tips? Sure would appreciate it…I am on a tight deadline to get this video done.

Thanks for all your relpies and help.

You can’t have transparency in a jpg. You can duplicate the background of the page, which will then appear transparent, or you can save the file as GIF with save for web.
