Hi,

I’m considering buying the education version of CS2.

In it’s FAQ, Adobe states that it removes "some clip art, some fonts, or other non-application resources."

Anybody knows what these ‘other non-application resources" are?

Many thanks.

Not sure what the "other non-application resources" refer to as I only have the education version of CS2 so I can’t compare it to the "full" version. When I purchased it from the distributor that Adobe refered me to I asked both the person at Adobe and the distributor if this was a "full" version and (more importantly to me) would it be eligible for an upgrade when Adobe releases "CS3". The answers to both were "yes" from both parties.
Hope this helps.

I have had education versions in the past…and they were totaly functionable…and LEGAL….and what was nice was that i was able to upgrade legaly to non ed version when they came out.

Go for it…you will be happy in the long run

Thanks for the replies. I went ahead and bought it. It can even be used commercially, according to Adobe. It’s a very generous deal.
