You don’t add fonts to Photoshop. You add fonts to your operating system, and then every computer program you run (Photoshop, Microsoft Word, anything) can use them.

To add fonts to Microsoft Windows, put them in your Windows Fonts folder. To add fonts to Mac OS, put them in your Fonts folder in your home library folder, or use FontBook.
