I’ve seen this effect quite a few times where an image is made up of many tiny images repeated. You might see a person’s face, but if you look closer, it’s actually made up of "pixels" that are tiny images themselves. I can’t find a good example to link to, so I hope you’re familiar with what I’m talking about.Photomosaic. There are several plugins and standalone programs that can do this. Do a search. Some are free; the better ones are not.
The question is, how is this done? Is there a way to do this in Photoshop?
