Ok so my hard drive was making noise
decided to get it cloned and replace it before losing any data guy put in new power supply and fans too as a precaution plugged in old CRT and it was all fuzzy!!!!!
and now one portable drive is dead too!!!
so much for fixing before it’s broken.
Had to get a new monitor and fast
not rich cannot afford $$1200.00 for a monitor
was going to get a CRT again
not too many to choose from anymore unless very high end so I got a Samsung 971P 19"
it has a 1500:1 contrast ratio (best I can find in my price range Paid about $400 USD
It swivels do now I can see my verticals nice and large
it is very bright
so far I used adobe gamma and it looks fine
view angles are very improved so clients can look over my shoulder to view and it was in stock locally I needed it like NOW
