I’m getting the following message when I try to print a 24×50 inch document: "Could not complete your request because of a program error."
I can make any number of changes in the print dialogs and not get an error, but once I change the paper size to a User Defined size (24h50w), I get the error.
If I don’t set the paper size, the Print Preview (and print itself) are completely incorrect.
99% of the time I’m printing 20×24 prints and have no problem at all. Again my problem document is 24×50 inches at 150ppi.
I’m using PS CS on a Win2k machine with 2GHz, 1.5Ghz RAM.
Any suggestions would be much appreciated. Thanks.
