If there was a better area for this post I apologise.
Won’t bore you with the details but after major problems, in desperation, removed (properly & completly) Photoshop Album 2.0 SE (with all the images— but still of course have copies of the images elsewhere) from my PC. with the intention of reinstalling it.
Can download /unzip/ open etc, but cannot get past the Adobe Photoshop Album screen that has (in very small letters), I think, "Initialising Model".
Have to ctrl/alt/delete as "programme not responding" Tried many times to reinstall after cleanups etc.
Have been through all in Adobe troubleshooting Photoshop Album for Windows XP. NOW…… Am happy (& was going to)purchase the full version. BUT…I am not at all confident that I will not have the same problem with the full version even if it is disk & not download. I have the same problem with an on disk (from a PC magazine) programme of the SE version.( Was originally installed from this).
DOES ANYONE KNOW if there is a likelihood of the full version installing properly??? I really want this programme on my PC & I do not wish to have to reformat my hard drive. PLEASE PLEASE HELP IF YOU CAN.
Thanking you in advance
John Haines
