I have 2 separate photos and would like to merge them so the 2 individual photos become 1 photo (the 2 pictures are sitting side by side). I am using Photoshop CS and am struggling to do this. Can anyone help me out please? Hope this request makes sense.

Open a new file to the size of both images side by side. Open the other images, Select>All on one image and drag it to the new file. Do the same for the next one and then use the move tool to arrange them side by side. Also use Edit>Transform>scale to match the sizes.

Be sure that the pixel amounts match both each other and the pixel amount in the new file.

You can keep this as a Psd or go to Layer>Flatten image if you want to save it as a jpeg.

This ,I am sure of one of many ways to do this. I have PS 7.

(BTW-if you happened to visit my website in the past and sent an email to me, I did not get it. AOL, blocked all emails from my host, my host complained and it should be fixed by tuesday. Stoopid idiots! aol, I mean.)
