Can someone tell me the best way to export images from Illustrator into PhotoShop? Right now, the images are very pixelated (jaggy) and blurry. We save final images in PhotoShop at 10 quality and as a jpg for emailing overseas.

place the illustrator file as a SMART OBJECT into photoshop – it will import as a live link directly to the vector file and will update as changes are made to the vector file in illustrator – best to leave this way right until final flattening/save as you can resize the illustrator file infinite times within photoshop with no loss of quality

If the images you export are jagged and blurry, you are exporting those images at a very low resolution.

When you export a raster (pixel) image from Illustrator, you have control over what resolution the image is Do not just accept the defaults; that’ll give you a crude, jaggy, low-res image. Instead, enter resolution values appropriate for what you are attempting to do.
