Aloha all. Looks like thy’re prepping CS3 for final release. Is it really a major improvement, or just a slight upgrade? What are the difs between CS2 & CS3?
Thanks all.

They have a public beta for free as it looks like you have CS2. Why not try it. For me I’m not going to try it but buy the CS3 the day it hits the shelves. I’ve been watching the video tips on NAPP and lynda.com. The new curves and the smart filters are worth the price for me, anything else is gravy!

What CS2 should have been with a more flexible raw converter. The smart filters thing does not go far enough: all image manipulations should more easily be attached to layers and sublayers in adjustable fashion. CS3 has a few bugs (e.g. Bridge does not automatically resize itself with some common screen resolutions so that buttons are cut off at the bottom of the screen; no help file whatsoever).
A definite buy
