Error when trying to Install photoshop…

Just recently I had to wipe my computer and start again from scratch, losing Photoshop 7 and ImageReady while doing so. While trying to install it again on my computer, the following error message appears when the installation reaches 75%:

ComponentMoveData had the following error:
Media name: data
Component: Spelling
File group: Spelling
File: swd.lex
Error number: 106

Being a complete computer dunce I have no idea what this means, is it a missing file or am I just doing something wrong?

Any help would be much appreciated 🙂 Oh, and I’m on windows 2000 if that’s any help!

empty out your temp folders, copy the photoshop folder from the install cd to your desktop and restart in safe mode. try to reinstall again from the folder on the desktop.
