On July 30, 2004 (3:54 AM PDT) I downloaded Adobe Photoshop CS. The order number was PON115F5839, to Mark Roberts at
Immediately after my download my system crashed. I lost my operating system, data files, and my dowloaded files. I didn’t have time to install the software or even back it up.
I wrote immediately asking for help, offering to supply the billing address and even the serial number/enrollment key. It is now August 9, 2004 and I still have no heard from anyone.
Adobe took my money quick enough but they aren’t so good at responding to their customer’s emergency needs.
I’d also add that the ability to contact anyone with such a problem STINKS! I don’t live in the U.S. where there is a convenient toll free number. I live in China.
At the rate things are going I will probably end up having to get my credit card company and BBB involved. Not much for your companies reputation.
