Even though I’m a Web TV user, I’ve begun the ambitious project of starting my own Backgammon Website.

I’m at a point where I need the graphics of just the pieces that you’ll find on the link below.

Just 1 Red piece and 1 White piece. They have to be the same size with the entire background colors removed.

What I"m hoping to end up with are two jpg photos of each piece that maintains their size, boarders and colors.

My own attempts at trying to do this myself at IMAGEMAGICK hasn’t worked out at all unfortunately.

If anyone would be nice enough to send me the photos as I’ve outlined above, I’d be more than glad to send you the link to the Backgammon site once it’s done.

I think you’ll be surprised to find what can be accomplished without even a hard drive to work with.

It would really be appreciated and help me on my way to finishing this project soon.

Arthur,

If I understood your request right, you simply wanted one red chip and one white chip on transparent backs, the same size as the pieces on your board graphic.

Took me all of five minutes to make those in PS. Shame on all the folks acting as if such a request was monumental and something they ought to be paid for.

For future reference, for graphic requests such as this, you should post to any number of the WebTv-only discuss groups. There are plenty of people with both WebTv and PCs these days who are more than happy to help out a fellow WebTv’er with a graphic.

I didn’t see anyone acting as if the task were monumental. My mechanic can do an oil change in five minutes, if I bring him the oil and filter should I expect him to do the job for free?

He claims he’s got a PC and Photoshop and enjoys using it as a hobby. If that’s the case then why’d he ask people to do such a simple task for him?

The OP never claimed that. I said that.

Although I’ve sinced gotten the graphics I wanted, it was really nice of you to make the postings of them.

Shows that there are still some nice people left in the world.

Much Thanks

Hey voi

You really don’t seem to pay attention very well.

No where will you find in any of my previous posts that I have a pc at home or even photoshop.

Perhaps Voi stands for VOID.

Hey Void:

Too bad you can’t use photoshop to develope some class and a personality.

Maybe you should get out more. Meet people. Have some fun. Because it’s sounding like you’ve been living in a cage for far too long.
