Disclaimer: Please excuse my fairly complete lack of computer knowledge, which is why I am probably having this problem.
I have just installed the Adobe Creative Suite Premium. I have a Dell OptiPLex GX 110 with a HP DeskJet 1220C. I am attempting to print images with text using Adobe Photoshop CS.
I am trying to print images with a text "Description" (description entered in File Info) below them. I have gone into "Print with Preview" box and checked the box next to "Description." However when I then attempt to print a dialog box appears with "Could not print (whatever file name) because of a program error." However, the image then does print anyhow…but without the "Description" text. That’s when I enter the Twilight Zone.
This computer used to have Adobe Photoshop 6.0 and there were no printing problems with that version.
Thank you kindly for any help or suggestions.
