we need a new skin for our instant messenger program:

The skin will include window borders, toolbar buttons, menus and should be in 24-bit png format.

Since I don’t care to download and install the messenger program to see what it looks like I would need a lot more information about the specifications including images of what it currently looks like before I would be willing to take a look at this project.
