Nice shot. But it appears (in the eyes of another amateur) to be overly sharpened. Is the "glimmer" around the edges due to sharpening, or was there a Selection step in there?

The word Amateur is not part of a system for measuring photographic ability.

It has to do with not earning a living from Photography.
