hey!

I’m doing a project for someone using photoshop and im having a problem. The project sizes requires me to resize the font size to about 9, but the problem is is that when I print it, it comes out all distorted and fuzzy. Is there anyway to preserve the shrpness of the font at those small sizes?

Thanks!

Font sizes in PS are directly related to ppi of the image. What is ppi of yours?

Also, PS 6/7/PS use vector fonts. If printing to Postscript or PDF, sharpness is maintained at any ppi.

So one workaround, if your image ppi is too low to print well to non- postscript printer, is save as PDF with vector data preserved (also can embed fonts), then print out of Adobe Reader.
