question Removing Hot Spot in Photo Portrait Photoshop CS

Anyone know how to properly remove Hot Spot on the face in a Photo Portrait? This will be an 8×10 head shot portrait.

It was due to a bit too much power of the Flash Unit.
I am using PhotoShop CS.
