Need to reinstall PS CS, but lost my INSTALL file, HELP??

I recently had to reinstall XP and I thought I had backed up my downloaded Photoshop installation file before I wiped my hard drive clean, but when I got around to reinstalling photoshop, much to my dismay, I had no istall file. Adobe will not let me download the file again. Does anyone know what I can do? I have my receipt and serial #.

are you sure you can’t download it again? if not, as len says, you’ll need to call customer support.
