Name of the Company: MNC Client- CMM Level 5.
Position: Technical Publications Professionals
Education: BSC in Electronics,computers,technical
writing,journalism,electronics/mechanical or other related field. Job Location: Hyderabad.
Requirement: Supervise and coordinate the technical publications group to include the following:
Research and write user’s manuals,service manuals & quick reference guide.
Create electronic documents using desktop publishing tools. Support and/or create install & maintenance documentation. Assist in the writingof spec sheets & collateral materials. Facilitate the rework of mechanical & electronics drawings & screen captures as they relate to manuals & corporate communication product literature.
Assure the technical accuracy of all corporate communications product literature.
Communicate with the design engineers in areas that relate to the product specifications & product development.
Work in a team environment within the technical publications area to constantly improve the archival,storage and documentation process. Coordinate with cross functional teams to ensure deadlines are met and that documentation is of a high quality.
Necessary Skills: Candidate should have 2-4 years experience in delivering high-quality technical publications for engineering applications. The candidate should have 1 or more of the following: Electronics/technical background preferably in telecommunications. Experience with desktop publishing & word processing software such as Adobe InDesign experience,Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop,QuarkXpress & Corol Draw.
Experience in intergrating technical publications with information from design tools such as Mentor,Cadence,Valor,Pro/E,UGS or equivalent.
Familiarity with mass-production printing equipment & processes.
Desirable Skills:
Proven ability to present to & Interact with customers,displaying confidence & the expertise to make product decisions, to develop project plans, & to meet project deadlines.
