If I have a saved action, can I change one of the steps without starting over and creating a new action?

For example, I have an action that is set to change the dimensions and resolution, then save in a certain location. If I wanted to change the resolution or the location, would I need to start over? Or can I edit the action?

Load an image. Go to the actions palette and display the list of steps. Double click on the step you want to change. If it has a dialog box like image resize or save/save as that dialog box will popup and allow you to make changes. Once you click OK or save or whatever that change will be made to that step in the action.

Select the item you want to modify, delete it, and record a resize step at that location.
