I went to a concert on the weekend and met the singer, who so kindly agreed to have a picture taken with me.
I gave a friend my telephone, as this was the only means of capturing the image I had at the time..

Of course, it turned out crap.

I doubt much could be done, but if anyone has experience in photoshop or other image editing software, could someone please give me a hand at fixing this up?

The picture is here:

It’s of me and of the artist by the name of Piero..

Any help will be muchly appreciated.

Hi,
The biggest issue with that image is motion blur. Essentially, the camera or phone wasn’t static when the picture was taken, and its movement has been captured in the image.
There really isn’t an awfull lot you can do to rectify this unfortunately. There is a tool in Photoshops filters called "Smart Sharpen", but to be honest, it’s not very good.
Personally, I’d be inclined to sharpen up this image using the Smart Sharpen tool set to remove lens or gaussian blur, then correct the colours and tones, and finally make use of the clone tool to remove the most obvious motion blur artifacts.
Sorry there isn’t really an easier option. Well, not one that I know of anyhow.
