My company has established a new policy in which user’s will not have admin rights to their PCs.
I have followed the instructions from <http://www.adobe.com/support/techdocs/322ca.htm> and set the read/write permissions for "everyone" to the directories and files listed.
Note: I propagated changes and I’ve already double checked that I didn’t miss any files. Also, I set the scratch disk and System Temp directories to D: which the user’s have read/write access to.
Photoshop runs fine under an admin account.
When I run PS7 with a non-admin account I receive the error "Could not initialize Photoshop because the file is locked. User the ‘Properties’ command in the Windows Explorer to unlock the file"
Has anyone been able to get PS7 to run under a non-admin account? Giving them admin rights is not an option
Thank you
