can’t find clone stamp tool

I’am using photoshop 7.O and want to use the clone stamp tool but i can’t find it!!! it isn’t listed between the other tools. also other tools aren’t listed. althroug the option show "all tool presets". the strange thing also is that I can’t turn tis option down. So I don’t now how to show all the tools

In the toolbar, find the Pattern Stamp tool. Click an hold it down and you’ll see the Clone stamp.

It’s in the help file (F1).
