Photoshop CS filmstrip troubles

I have edited a filmstrip in CS and when I try to import it to Premire Pro, it says the dimentions are way to large, but I have tried makeing it smaller and it still wont work.

What are the dimensions? Width, height and resolution are all factors here.

I got it working, turns out I did something wrong when pasteing into the strip. I recreated the starwars lightsaber effect.
