Dose anyone know how to save a series of PNGs in Image read as one file without optimization?

The reason I ask, I am trying to creat an animated GIF with a transparent background which looks fine before I save but when I bring it into another program as an animated button, it has jagged edges (aliased) I can not seem to get rid of.
