I have a problem where I am working away in Photoshop 7- I will design a website and when Im happy with it, obviously, i chop it up and optimise it for web. But the colours change!! It seems that everything in photoshop has a lot more magenta than it should have. It seems to be the actual workspace that does this as when i open a file that was created by someone else, it turns a magenta shade. The white appears white, and black is black..but its colours like blue and especially brown that appear green when saved for web. I have tried using the adobe gamma thingy but it doesnt work. My graphics card is a matrox millenium G450 Duelhead…

thanks for any help,

louise

Press "Shift-Ctrl k" and look under "Settings". If it isn’t already chosen, "Web Graphic Defaults" might clear this up.

Let us know if it does or doesn’t.
