With my library of PS books, I never thought that I would be asking for a recommendation for another one, but here I am.
I’ve begun doing a lot of work with Adobe’s Premiere Pro, and EncoreDVD. In most of these excursions, I’ve just taken the included DVD menus, deconstructed them and made my menus from the "parts." However, I’m starting to get much more involved and am looking for a good volume that covers most of the DVD-specific design/construction limitations, etc. in Photoshop. The CiaB series, the manual, and all of the other, mostly photo-specific, books do not cover much, if any aspect of DVD menu construction. Some of it is a bit of a carry-over from Web design, but a lot does not translate, because of the DVD standards – some works, most does not.
Anybody have a good book to recommend? So far, DVD menu, et al, doesn’t bring up the kind of hits that I’m looking for in my Usenet/Internet searches.
