Creating a French Door

Does anyone know of any tutorials or suggestions on how to create a window or french door? Rather than taking a pix of one, I want to create a somewhat cartoonish one.

Steve, only you know your vision of a "French door," and there may be something out there to help you, but "making doors" is not considered a repeatable Photoshop technique or procedure, so it may be difficult to find what you’re looking for.

I’ve made doors, windows, plaques, frames, etc. a number of times simply by stacking up shapes, then using layer styles to apply bevels, color, and surface texture, and they don’t have to look cartoon-ish. Experiment.
