Quicktime and Vista Downloads

I have installed the latest Quicktime update with Vista Home Premium and Internet Explorer 7. When I try to download the Photoshop Quicktime videos from NAPP I get a dialog box "Internet Explorer Add-on Installer." Accepting this dialog has no effect but to freeze the Explorer window and the video does not download.

The Quicktime Object is activated in the Manage Add-ons dialog.

Has anyone else experienced and solved this problem?

had similar problem with seeing pdf files after going to IE7 had to re-install QuickTime and maybe acrobat
