I’m sorry if this is an old issue, but may be relevant to CS vs. 7 users…
Earlier, I was teaching a user how to do several things in Photoshop. I have 7.01, he has 6.0. I sent him a copy of the .psd file I was working on. When saved as a .jpg or .jpg, I noticed that the shadow that was created in 7.0 was lighter on his 6.0 machine! This was also evident when we compared screenshots, and uploading similar images to a web directory.
I guess my question is this:
Do the two versions tend to render color differently? Or, different means to render drop shadows? It seems that the drop shadow was lighter in PS6 version than in PS7.
Thanks for any help in advance.
