I’m sure this has been asked before and I just can’t find it.
All the tutorials on the web tell how you can create a layer mask by clicking the "quick layer mask" button then painting with the brush in either black or white to reveal / hide the layer beneath. Fine.
What if I have a pre-existing grey-scale image that I want to be the layer mask? So, 3 images total, the grey scale one to go between them and act as the mask. How would that work?
Thanks. I did search the web with little success for this particular question.
