I have installed Photoshop CS on W2K workstation. During the week when the server is running I have no problem starting Photoshop. However, during the weekend when the server is not on-line, I can not start it. During the startup of Photoshop I get an error message that it can not find the server. Phtotshp then crashes on my workstation. I installed Photoshop on this work station and have no idea why it needs a connection to the server to run. Any ideas of what is going on here?

Try trashing your prefs. Details in the FAQs.

Also make sure that your default printer is local, not networked.
