Photoshop Pin Board/Noticeboard tutorial?

I wanna screate a noteboard type effect in PS7. You know, theose board that have note attatched to them with pins?

does anyone by any chance have any links to tutorials that might be of any help to me, I’ve had a look already no bo luck?

You mean like a brown corkboard? Some combination of the mosaic or noise tools on a suitable brown rectangle should produce a corklike effect. Experiment around.

You mean like a brown corkboard? Some combination of the mosaic or noise tools on a suitable brown rectangle should produce a corklike effect. Experiment around.

I dont mean the actual texture, of the board I mean the the paper w/pins stuck in.
