This problem just started happening. When I go to save a jpeg, the Quality settings dialog box no longer pops up. Anywhere I click in the Photoshop work space, i get nothing but the windows ding. All the pull down menus are grayed out, if I Alt + F4, then it free’s up everything but the picture is still not saved. I even reinstalled it (i upgraded from a previous install) to no avail. It saves PS files just fine. PS elements on my machine has no problem with saving jpegs.

I have an ATI 2800
1 gig dual channel ram
nvidea 4200 video card with 64mb ram

Any help??

Used dual monitors or changed resolutions lately? Sounds like your dialog box is off screen.

See the faq.

Peace,
