Transferring Photoshop over to a new pc

Hi,
Ive recently got a new pc and i would like to transfer my Photoshop cs over to this pc and remove it from the other.I wouldn’t be violating anything would I?

According to the licence agreement, and the activation process, you are allowed to install it on two PC’s simultaneously – the usual provisos of only using one copy at a time apply.
