Hi-

Is is possible to make my wacom tablet’s stylus’ eraser end work as a tool other that the eraser? Specifically, I want to use it as the History Brush tool, so I can just turn my pen around and "erase" sections of the canvas back to a previous state, not truly erase them to the background color.

I’m using PS CS.

Thanks in advance.

Mike.

There is a way, in the Wacom control panel, to assign keystrokes to the eraser, tip, etc. I tried it but was unable to figure it out. I could not assign anything from within PS CS. However, just because I couldn’t do it doesn’t mean it can’t be done. Anyway, if it is even possible, I think the Wacom control panel is the way you would have to do it. You might try contacting Wacom to ask them that question.
