convertin photos into html files

when i use the automate web photo gallery (photoshop 7)& convert photos to html files, i can see the results right away. but when i copy it to a diffrent folder (or send it by mail to another person) i get an empty box with a red "X" instead of photo. any idea how to solve it?

You can never convert a photo into an html file. The html file will only contain a link to the photo. Thus, if you want to post/mail/copy your html page, you need to post/mail/copy the photos as well. (Actually, with mail it is a bit harder. Normally you will post the images somewhere else and modify the html code to note where they are posted.)

The red X icon means "photo not found." You moved the html file, and it lost the photos. Move both, and all will work.
