PS CS: Incorrect Language In Program

I don’t know why this is, but when Photoshop CS loads, it appears to load in some Asian language which I cannot decypher, yet Image Ready loads in perfect english.

I have searched many places for some resolution to this problem, but to no avail.

I have cleared all temp installation files, removed CS, rebooted and retried, but no changes.

I am on Win XP, and any help as to how to change the language to English would be greatly appreciated.

Have you done something, like installing a plug-in, a patch, or something?

aww yes I did… thank you for saying that… I found the data file for the plugin and removed it, now all is well
