Help with input field in webpage

Hello:

I recently developed a webpage in Photoshop CS and Imageready (Adobe). I wish to include a text field in the page (form – input), can some one pls help me with documentation/tutorials on how to accomplish this?

Do I need to do this in Photoshop/Imageready or Dreamweaver?

You can’t add form inputs with Photoshop\Image ready. Your options are to do it manually using a text editor or use a WYSIWYG editor like Dreamweaver.
